Cinder is a unique taphouse & pizza kitchen, brought to life from a triumvirate inspiration of Belgian ale houses, artisan pizza & wine bars, and of course our passion for American craft beer & farmhouse ciders. In a bounteous environment of terrific dining and drinking establishments, we hope to identify ourselves as a premier location for exciting as well as comfortable food and beverage choices, delivered with kind and heartfelt service.
Known for one of the country’s finest selections of ciders and sour ales, we also feature an expansive draft and bottle menu featuring traditional and ‘trendy’ lagers, hoppy ales, stouts, Belgian ales, and a natural & organic wine program pouring nearly 20 by the glass, with another 20 available by the bottle. Our daily menu delivers wood fired pizzas from our custom-built hearth, seasonal salads and “pizza joint” inspired snacks, local and house made cheese and charcuterie boards, and mussels many ways. All of our dishes are prepared entirely from scratch, and use local and seasonal ingredients wherever possible.
